I hold group and individual meditation forums, aimed at varying interest levels. Meditation has been scientifically proven to enhance well-being. It can also serve as a tool to help us navigate the difficulties with which life tends to challenge us.

I am a qualified Counsellor with additional training in psychotherapy and somatic modes of therapy, and a qualified Mindfulness teacher.
My own life experiences with depression and anxiety led me to find many tools which enabled me to leave behind the immobilizing void of depression and the overwhelm of anxiety, freeing me to live a life of my own choosing, with gratitude. Through the use of these I elevated my life, giving it new and true meaning. My passion is to share this with you and help you find your peace, your joy, your happy place.
